The Portuguese Air Force completed 70 years of existence, and the celebrations were open to the population, with an air show at Air Base No. 11, in Beja.
More than 70,000 people attended the event and witnessed aerial demonstrations by Portuguese military aircrafts and flight stunts with aircrafts from various other countries.
"The skies, the asphalt and the land of Beja and Air Base 11 were the stage of a celebration of the people in communion with our Air Force", was the opinion of Paulo Arsénio, Mayor of Beja, summing up in words the spirit of the event.
As always, PROTILIS said "present", standing out as the only company to operate in the military market to be part of the distinguished group of partners of the event. Throughout the weekend at the Air Festival, it was possible for the participants to use of two tents provided and assembled by PROTILIS, which thus contributed to the resounding success of the event.
